I have experience of driving change management, IT service transition, IT strategies, technology roadmaps, enterprise solutions, multi-vendor delivery teams, cloud-based IT, IT upgrades and systems migration. Here's a little about me and what I have done at EBRD
The purpose of my role is to ensure the successful implementation, maintenance and future strategy and development the Bank’s BPM (Appian) and web/digital (Oracle WebCenter Sites) platforms. The role also includes responsibility for technical support, maintenance, design and development of bespoke functionality, integration with other bank applications and systems.To achieve this I perform a combination of the following roles:
- Project manager – managing projects assigned to me and my team
- Development manager – managing SDLC processes, testing, configuration management, DevOps
- Product manager – managing portfolio of applications in BPM and web/digital areas, release/sprint planning
- Solution designer/system architect – solutions design and contribution to enterprise architecture and other projects
- Consultant – internal services to other teams within IT or business departments (business processes, multi-channel and digital applications delivery)
- Internal client manager – managing relationship with business teams across the Bank
